Trust Fall (trustfall.brelsfordsoftware.com) is made by Brelsford Software LLC, a Minnesota company ("we"). By playing or buying anything here, you agree to these terms.

The game

Trust Fall is a game about workplace leadership. The bosses are fictional characters voiced by AI, and what they say is made up on the spot. It's for practice and entertainment, not professional, legal, HR or mental health advice. If you're dealing with a harmful situation at work, talk to someone you trust or a qualified professional.

Please play fairly: don't try to break the site, get around the paywall, overload it, or use it to harass anyone.

Boss packs

• A boss pack is a one-time purchase that opens that pack's bosses in Trust Fall. It isn't a subscription.
• Each pack is sold separately. Buying one pack doesn't include packs released later.
• A pack's code works on up to 3 phones or browsers. It's for you, or for the friend you bought it for as a gift. Please don't post or resell codes.
• You get a license to play the pack's bosses in Trust Fall for as long as we run the game. You don't own the characters or the game.
• Orders are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which is the merchant of record and processes payment under its own buyer terms. Prices include or add sales tax as shown at checkout.

Refunds

See our refund policy. A refunded pack's code stops working.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the game, so bosses and features can change. We try to keep the site up but can't promise it will always be available or error free. If we ever shut down Trust Fall, we'll give notice on this site.

Limits

The game is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with Trust Fall is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA.
