Trust Fall is made by Brelsford Software LLC. You can play without an account, and we collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• A device cookie. An anonymous random id, so the game knows which boss is your free one and which packs this phone has. It isn't tied to your name.
• What you say in a meeting. Your typed or spoken replies are sent to AI services to write the boss's answers and to turn your speech into text. We don't keep your meeting transcripts.
• Purchases. When you buy a pack, Stripe tells us your email, receipt number and what you bought, so we can open the pack and let you restore it later. We never see your card.
• The book list. If you ask to hear when the book is out, we keep your email for that one message.
• Group games. In the party game and the team staff meeting, the names players type are kept only while that game runs.
• Your browser keeps a few settings on your phone, like sound on or off.

Who we share it with

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs some of the AI voices and speech.
• Anthropic, whose Claude model plays the bosses.
• Stripe, which runs checkout and receipts through Link as merchant of record.

Each handles the data under its own privacy terms to provide its service to us. We don't sell your data or use it for ads. If you use your browser's own voice typing, your browser maker may handle that speech too.

Your choices

You can clear the cookie by clearing your browser data. To get a copy of what we hold about you or have it deleted, email shop@brelsfordsoftware.com. Trust Fall isn't meant for children under 13.
