Refunds

If a boss pack isn't what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you'll get your money back in full. No reason needed.

• Email shop@brelsfordsoftware.com with the email and receipt number from your receipt. You can also ask Link's support, from the receipt Link emailed you.
• The refund goes back to the way you paid, through Link, Stripe's checkout and our merchant of record. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Once refunded, the pack's code stops working and that phone goes back to its one free boss.
• Gifts are refunded to the person who paid.
• If something didn't work, like the pack not opening after you paid, write to us any time and we'll fix it or refund you.
